Be a confidence person...
Only for 5-day plan!
DAY 1-list your strengths!...
Write down five things you like about your self(such as how you’re a great friend),then put it inside the front cover of your notebook for an instant boost each day.
DAY 2- set an easy goal.....for the first week.
For example like to signing up for choir. This will help you to realise the talent or advantages you have.
DAY 3-get a time with family or friend.
Setting this plan will remind you that your family and friend is always behind you,indirectly this will give you strength and spirit.
Day 4-say like less.!
Practice talking to a mirror:Try not to say um or like,but speak loud,clear tone and keep the shoulder back. Talk like you believe in yourself, with this people will begin to take you more seriously.
Day 5-be thankful!
List the things you’re grateful for each night. Focus only to the things that make you happy that teach you think positively and feel good-which is the key for real confidence.!!

    Be a confidence person as well as be a quality person! Confidence is come from the quality in your own! Quality level means that Knowledge, leadership, Creative and productive and so on! if you have all of this..automatically you are a Confidence person in all the way! Because of you have high quality so you have confidence to do what ever things or confidence in front of all people!!
    Be a confidence person ! Be a Quality person!
