E-learning

Do you think e-learning is effective?
In my opinion, e-learning can be effective if wisely use it! E-learning can be a place that input and output of knowledge. Most of the time, student not using e-learning as a learning tool because of lazy, not interesting and so on! Sometimes the lecturers make it compulsory for student to log in into e-learning. For example, if student didn't archive the minimum limit of attendants of e-learning then the carry mark will be deduct.So that, all students will start using the e-learning either they want or do not! There is a good starting point for student to learn in another way!
Actually, e-learning can be effective s a learning tool!!
