just do in happy ..



after that shake your leg and body a little bit…
do like there is no problem…



doing in aggresive…hihi

dont mind another person said..




release all stress…



spinn your head…



look your face at mirror

together with shake.. isn't cute…



lastly

do chicken dance…

take small pillow ,go to sleep below your desk.

  1. opps!!!..sory i never try that kind of dancing yet..hehehe..well its good steps for those who want to relase tension...well maybe next time i will try that dance..i love dancing a a lot..but its only a hooby when my free time..however i like an aerobic most..i miss that so much!!!..

  4. I think that not a dance but some kind of exercise can be easy to do at home or office!
    All this cute picture..can be a demo or tips for those work in office..do it to have a good stretch for the body!It can be a kind of workout for those not enough time to do exercise! Do a workout every increase your flexibility and be active in exercise can bring a lot benefit to your health.Please aware that sendatary lifestyle can bring negative effect in your life.. Maybe we cant detect any effect now but in long term we can see the negative effect on your body!!
