How to Improve Your Self Esteem

1.Smile
Ever heard the saying "smile and the world smiles with you"? Brighten someone's day by smiling at them and they'll brighten yours too by smiling back.Studies have shown that smiling improves one's mood so not only will this make you feel better,it'll give your confidence a boost as well.
2.Stay away from negative people
Negative energy attracts negative energy so in order to feel better about yourself, try not to mingle with people who are unhappy with themselves.It doesn't help if everyone flocks together to talk about how unsatisfied they are with themselves.
3.Learn something new
Remember that sense of achievement when you first learned how to play the piano?or to throw a ball into a hoop?Learning new things have always been a confidence booster as we realise we are capable of doing more than we were accustomed to.Pick up a new language, try out a new sport, pick up an instrument!Go and discover the many things you are capable of!
4.be happy with who you are

Love pimples, one day you will not see them anymore when you're out of your adolescence and you might start missing them.
5Forget your problems
Often we let our problem and burdens shroud our emotions and thoughts, making us feel bad overall.Our minds always exaggerate our problems, making them seem larger than life.Write down all your problem in a paper every day,crumple it and throw it in a bin,consedering it settled.Forget about it issues are not so big after all, because writing things down on paper makes it all clearer.
